Even in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic, which did create delays due to manufacturing backlogs, this company came through and worked with us cheerfully. The install team was outstanding; they worked well together, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. We had all 16 Pella windows and 3 Pella slider doors installed in three days in mid-January 2021, and we’ve already seen savings on our heating bill.
